We had a lovely holiday week at this villa. The small town of Blonay offers a supermarket and some small shops and restaurants. 'Nous avons passé 7 jours dans l’appartement en famille, 4 adultes et 3 enfants. Ce dernier était très propre et agréable. Les propriétaires ont été très sympathiques. Tout petit bémol il n’y a qu’un cabinet de Wc dans la salle de bain. Le séjour fut excellent.'

'Had to slept over the floor rather than the bed because this hotel has No air con under the weather with temperature above 35 degree. Next to one main drive way with bus stop downstairs,thus no way to open window and sleep because crazy noise. Management has no sense to proactively help guest under this extreme weather condition. 'Vielfältige Enttäuschung: Pool war nicht mit Wasser gefüllt, uns wurde vor der Buchung noch eine genaue Gebrauchsanweisung von Schlüsseln, Saugroboter und Poolnutzung geschickt. Wohnung völlig überhitzt (>38 Grad) durch defekte Wärmepumpe, später traten dann stark riechende Dämpfe von Lösungsmitteln oder Kältemitteln aus. Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schwierig. Wir sind früher abgereist.'

'Die Ferienwohnung ist für 2 Personen ausreichend groß bemessen und mit einem überdachten Balkon ausgestattet. Für PKW-Reisende ist die Parkplatzsituation sehr angespannt, entweder sehr teuer oder sehr weit entfernt.'

Grundsätzlich alles OK, wenn da nicht die Agentur HEIWA House wäre. Deren Service existiert eigentlich gar nicht. äusserst kompliziertes Check-in, kein persönlicher Kontakt zur Agentur, man wird laufend mit x-Mail bombardiert und liest offenbar die gesandten Antworten nicht.
