'The location was very good , we were able to walk everywhere in Lucerne from here. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was a little small, but most European apartments are small, but the price was good'

'When we arrived at the property my husband thought it looked like the wrong place and had been abandoned for a long time because the grounds are not kept up well. Once inside it is very clean and nice. The balcony overlooks the mountains and valley. There are cute sheep & goats with bells near by who will greet you if you're walking into to town. There are many hiking trails near by and a special spring fed pond area that people use for health. You can swim but no suits allowed and it is...

'景色が素晴らしく、一日中部屋にいても満足。屋上から360度のビューは最高です。設備も十分整っていました。ただ建物の入り口を探すのが一苦労なのと、電気のオンオフ、エアコンの操作がわかりにくかった。エントランスの写真を送って欲しいです。'

'Excellent. It was beyond our expectations having chosen the largest apartments for 2pax. Thank you very much for letting us know where the washer and dryers were, James. Would recommend to those who may cook or a quite evening "home". Also there's the free bus tourist shuttle if needed.'

' The building is brand new, just behind the train station. You can also easily have access to trams (going to Zurich HB and airport). 5min away there are also several grocery shops. '

'Fun, clean, well set up hotel. Room was modern, efficient and perfect for a one night stop. The pizzas in the restaurant were really delicious and the restaurant had a quirky, cosy vibe. Staff at the front desk were very helpful and communication was clear.'

'Heel fijn dat de hotelkamer een keukenblokje heeft. Alles functioneerde maar er zijn wel gebruikerssporen. Een aantal kleine reparaties en de kamer zou weer helemaal op orde zijn. En de keuken inventaris moet aangevuld worden. '

'Redelijk hotel voor een nachtje als je op doorreis bent. Koelkast was stuk. Geen airco bloedheet, er stond een ventilator. Avond weg geweest bij terugkomst ventilator weg?!!!! Dus iemand binnen geweest van schoonmaak. Kan ik niet echt waarderen. Ook kwam schoonmaakster zomaar binnen die naar iets opzoek was. Kortom een nachtje is genoeg.'

'Everything is great. Rooms are spacious, staff is very friendly. The only thing they can improve is have a slightly bigger size of blankets / comforters. Overall very satisfied with our stay in the property. '

'Heel simpele kamer, schoon, goed bed, goede douche en toilet, uitzicht niets waard, een hoog huis op twee meter afstand, vlakbij de winkelstraat met alleen maar horeca, in het weekend lang lawaaiig, keukentje minimaal maar O.K.'

'I stayed at BR301 for five nights. The room is basically clean and confortable, but I had a water leak from a shower room's door. I think it should be repaired soon.'

'O flat é excelente e proporciona todo o conforto para quem quiser descansar após um longo dia de passeios, cozinhar se preferir preparar uma refeição e ter uma boa noite de sono. O flat é bem equipado, até com máquina de lavar roupas, mas faltou o sabão. :) O banheiro bem limpo, amplo, com toalhas de ótima qualidade. Não houve limpeza durante os 05 dias que estivemos lá. Achei estranho que o lixeiro da cozinha estava quase cheio quando chegamos...nao sei se foi falha ou qual seria o...
