'Er bleek geen enkele mogelijkheid te zijn om te ontbijten. Dit stond wel in de (fake?) reviews. Verder is niet echt een hotel. Het is een receptie met verder geen enkele voorziening. Het zijn suites en geen hotelkamers. Wel heeft elke kamer een aanrecht, grote koelkast en enkele kookplaatjes of een magnetron.'

'The staff was very helpful especially Asaf who was an incredibly nice person and helped us with directions on how to get around and how to connect with internet , even on our car rentals etc.. We were very blessed to have a contact we could reach anytime, 24/7. Also well organised on how to get to the room all done online. It was a very pleasant stay and very cute, small suite close to everything. I would definitely go there again if I return to Jerusalem! Thank you Aju Hillel!'

'Shoresh suites zijn basic bungalowtjes. Inrichting is achterhaald. De zitruimte is ok. Tweepersoons bed in slaapkamer is (te) kort. Ook bergruimte voor kleding is minimaal. Voor twee personen ging het, voor meer personen te weinig. Voor de warme maanden een goede locatie. Als het wat kouder is (zoals in ons geval) dan is de tocht in het huisje erg hinderlijk. De WiFi was belabberd.'

'The stay started off well…Dima was a great communicator. The room itself was perfect. Nice balcony and close to everything. He is the not so good…There was virtually no hot water in the shower. some extra towels too would have been nice. Wi-fi was terrible and i had to use my hot spot most of the time. Make sure you get the buzzer code as well. If those few things could be fixed, it would have been perfect. The building is being renovated so i expect it will be a wonderful building '

'We stayed one night and were very impressed. Perfect accommodation in central Jerusalem. Excellent value for money. Would recommend. There is unfortunately no parking as stated on the property description but we managed to find and the corner. Communication was good but would have been better had we received the initial communication earlier as there is an online registration form to complete before getting check in instructions. Thanks for a great stay!!'
