'It was OK, but not great. It seems that customer service and concierge options are not something they prioritize, which was what I'd like to expect in such expensive 5 star hotels. 'Don’t stay at this hotel because you risk your safety and life. During my stay the hotel went on fire and nobody of the staff even woke me up! 'Located next to subway line 1 to Duomo and 15min walk from central station is amazing. The hotel is very accessible for elderly guests, a lot of accessibility features in the bathroom and emergency buttons. One minor point was the noice in the hallway, you can hear the cleaning people very well. No noice audible from outside. Fairly priced, would recommend!'
