'着いて早々にダブルブッキングがわかった。これは施設というよりも、貴社のシステムの問題。前回も宿泊名簿に名前がなかったこともあり、強く改善をもとめる。'

'キッチン付きの広くて綺麗なお部屋です。シャワーも水圧も程よく、お湯もきちんと出るので使いやすかったです。 中心地から徒歩15分ほどですが、ローカルなエリアを通るので安くて美味しい飲食店や商店があり過ごしやすいエリアでした。'

'Aangezien de boot van Puerto Ayora vroeg in de ochtend arriveerde, konden we ook al eerder inchecken (vonden we netjes). De schoonmaakster ontving ons met de sleutel. Het appartement werd na 3 dagen intensief schoongemaakt; dit geldt voor gasten die langer dan 3 dagen blijven. De bedden waren weg goed (stevig). Het was wel warm, maar de ventilatoren maakten veel goed). Airco was wel fijn geweest, maar niet noodzakelijk, gezien de duurzame gedache achter het hele 'Chez Manany'...

'The place looks exactly like the pictures. We were a bit nervous going to a new place and not having an exact address for this. But we found it with zero problems with the google maps sent by the owner. This is steps from the entrance to Tortuga bay and just a couple blocks to walk to the pier where all the action is. The gardens are lovely. The A/C is cold, the water is hot. We slept like the dead in this quiet neighborhood. The place was spotless. We were able to drop our bags off early and...

'Furio was very helpful and made sure we were able to navigate the islands. He made sure we were picked up at the ferry on arrival, that we were returned safely to the ferry on our departure and arranged for our water taxi’s (very inexpensive). The house was large and very comfortable. The pool was very nice. We enjoyed watching crabs, herons and iguanas from the pool.'

'Ruhig gelegen, es wurde ein früherer Check in ermöglicht. Leider gab es den angegebenen Whirlpool nicht!! Mit dem Gastgeber haben wir nur per App kommuniziert. Das hat gut funktioniert.'

'Es una casa muy grande, segura, limpia, ordenada, tiene varios detalles bonitos y esta cerca del mulle y todos las actividades (agencias de turismo, restaurantes, tiendas de souvenirs, supermercado). Su terraza es impresionante con vista increíble hacia al mar. Su personal es muy amable y contestan casi inmediato, también hacen limpieza diaria como en los hoteles. Ideal para pasar con familia y/o compañía de amigos.'
