'When entering this hotel we got a nice reception by the boys and girls behind the counter. They speak good English. The room we received was a bit dirty. Mold in the bathroom, dust on closets and under the bed. On the balcony there was a table wich had been broken, the chipped off part was re-added using tape. 'Hotel muito bonito, esta em um casarão no bairro mais antigo de Cartagena, o atendimento é algo marcante, sempre tem alguém disposto a ajudá-lo e dar um bom dia sorrindo, a Tatiana foi muito legal e super atenciosa. O Hotel é muito limpo e o serviço de quarto é muito cuidadoso e confiavel. O Hotel fica perto do centro historico, mas não dentro, ou seja, é necessário uma caminhada, mas nada muito grande.
