'We very much enjoyed everything about our stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The room was large and very clean and pleasant. 'We stayed one night and we're very pleased. The pool was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We have no complaints at all. The front desk staff, 张青青 and 王佳欣, made check in and check out easy and fast considering Covid 19 complicates things. Would definitely stay again.'

'We needed to change rooms after the first night. The first room had no hot water for the shower, one side of the bathroom sink faucet did not work. There were a number of lights that did not work also. The next morning we asked for another room which they gave us. We had hot water but the rain shower did not work. I know this sounds like I am being very picky but for an up scale hotel I expect better. '
