'We had a nice stay at this hotel. The staff is very friendly. When we went back to the airport there was a car we brought us for free, good service! Only thing is that there are quite some mosquitos around but they would be probably in any hotel in Cambodia. The swim at the pool is lovely too, and the view from the 6th floor cafe too. It is near the night market.'

'Location of the hotel is perfect: close to the center of Siem Reap and Angkor Wat. Rooms are clean and offer all comfort you would expect of a five star hotel. Japanese restaurant is very good, however, lunch at The Lotus restaurant isn't. Not only is the food not OK, the restaurant is too big and old-fashioned. Service is very good, very friendly staff.'

'Het hotel zelf ziet er luxe uit, met veel natuurlijke materialen. Veel planten en bloemen. Het ziet er bovendien heel netjes onderhouden uit. De kamer was heel ruim, netjes en schoon. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ze deden er echt alles aan om ons verblijf zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Het eten in het restaurant is prima. 'Ongelooflijk en dit is nog zwak uitgedrukt wat men voor de klanten weet de verwezenlijken in dit hotel. Perfecte persoonlijke ontvangst (incl ophaling op de luchthaven), zelfs bij vroege check in krijgen we extra ontbijt aangeboden. Dit hotel zal zeker in de jaren duurder worden want de service en de extra's die men krijgt staat niet in verhouding met de prijs, echt een toppertje.
