'After the horrendous stay at doubletree, we decided to stay at Shangri-la again. The check-in was a little finicky but overall the hotel was great. Rooms are clean, smell fresh and the bed is awesome. Food was great and the cleaning personnel are very friendly. We also decided to try the spa out, the staff were friendly although the receptionist there tried to up sell us for more stuff (which didn't work). I recommend this hotel and will be back soon for another stay! '

The door men busy with themselves, taxi organisation a mess. Vans not available. ‘Call an uber’ we thought was a joke… Not friendly.'
