Wat een leuk hotel! 6 minuutjes lopen van HBF, en met de Lime step ook leuk. Top ontvangst, goede service en een leuk dak terras. Vlakbij talloze activiteiten en met OV of Lime step ben je overal met 10-15 minuutjes.

Nice stay
Modern and new hotel, close to the central train station on foot (10 min) located in a calm and safe area with supermarket next door and coffee shops. Modern and practical room. Unfortunately air-conditioning didn't work during our 3 day stay. Good we could open the window and it was not too warm outside otherwise this stay would not have been pleasant. Nice to have complementary coffee (in the morning) and water. Good price - quality

The signs for the hotel are not obvious. Entry at street level and the sign in the lobby is not very clear. Once you take the lift to the reception the hotel is fine. Room comfortable. Very close to restaurants. Leipzig centre is compact and walkable.

The property was fantastic and the stay was lovley. However the propery was fully paid for through expedia but during online check-in it mandated i pay again. I was advised the double payment will be refunded soon but 7 days on still waiting for the refund.

Fastest check in of my life and I’ve stayed a few places before! They even accommodated my need for a wallet outlet as I forgot Europe hotels don’t come equip with them. Berlin hbf is a 10 minute walk and it made transit through city super easy. Hate the gloomy weather, but not the hotel’s fault.

Great location, staff are very helpful and the hotel is nice. Breakfast is overpriced for all that is on offer. Unfortunately I expereinced dust mites or bed bugs (bites all over my back) I asked the hotel to change the bed ASAP which they did with no problem.

Very impressed with Urban Loft. Stayed there in early February while attending the German Masters snooker at the Tempodrom. Urban Loft is modern, clean and the staff are wonderful. The area around the hotel is nondescript, but it is only a 10-min walk to the HBF (main station). Berlin is one of my favourite cities and if I get the chance to return I will look at booking Urban Loft again.

I could constantly hear the music tone from the elevator when it stopped at the floor. Got quite annoying at the end. Avoid being close to the elevators. Otherwise quite good
