Hoi Shirley! Bedankt voor je feedback over je verblijf bij ons.We zijn blij om te horen dat je onze locatie handig vond, met de nabijheid van het openbaar vervoer en bezienswaardigheden zoals Kreuzberg en Holzmarkt. Onze excuses als je de gangen en het uitzicht op de binnenplaats wat deprimerend vond. We waarderen je opmerkingen en zullen ze in overweging nemen voor toekomstige verbeteringen. Wat betreft de lift, we begrijpen dat het ongemakkelijk kan zijn als er een lift buiten gebruik is, maar wees gerust dat we dit soort situaties zo snel mogelijk oplossen. Fijn om te horen dat je onze ruime kamers en vriendelijk personeel waardeerde! Over de matrassen, ze zijn inderdaad recentelijk vervangen en kunnen voor sommige gasten wat harder aanvoelen. Regarding the bed firmness, we aim for universal comfort but it seems we missed the mark for you – sorry about that! If you stay with us again, we can certainly bring up a soft mattress topper to make things cozier. Our rooms are designed with climate control in mind, but it sounds like there was a bit of a mix-up with the temperature. For future reference, our air-conditioning can be adjusted to about 6 degrees difference from outside, ensuring you can find that perfect room climate anytime.We hope to see you again in the future.
