Regarding the temperature of the room, we want to let you know that the room you stayed in had a centralized heating/AC system. This means whatever is set in the hotel's central heating system is what your room will get. During the days fo yoru stay wiht us, te hotel had already switched to winter mode, so only hot air was available in the rooms with a centralized system. However, we do have rooms with that are equipped qith their own AC/heating system and have both cold and hot air all year round. We regret your concerns about the room temperature were not forwarded to our front desk, since we could have looked for a different room for you to stay in. We love to hear that you enjoyed our location, our coffee (yes, it's really good) and also our friendly staff. Regarding the issue you mention with the air conditioning, you had an independent AC system in your room, our maintenance checked it and it works perfectly. Even though our rooms are not provided with microwave,food could be heated at the bar for our guests.With regards to our old school key system,we recognize that the concept of using conventional keys to open the doors of the rooms can be completely foreign to many people. The reason why we decided to use this system is to pay homage to the true essence of hospitality which for us, it is summed up in welcoming and having the opportunity to be in daily contact with our guests. We also take appropriate security measures when providing the key to our guests and our front desk is staffed 24h, with security cameras available.We are glad to know that despite all you had a nice experience while staying with us.Thanks again on behalf of all the team.Kind regards,

Hi from Hotel Sixties,First of all we would like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience. The hotel is located one block away from Las Ramblas, in a very quiet pedestrian passage. Raval and Gothic quarters have some areas with side streets overnight. However,we have direct contact with the police (the closest police station is 500 meters away) and we also have a security system with external cameras which allow us to check how the situation is outside.We hope that you had a nice time despite this situation.Kind regards,
