Aangename ervaring
Wij bezoeken regelmatig 5 sterren hotels in de hele wereld. Nobu behoort tot de top 3 van de beste hotels waar wij zijn geweest als het aankomt op service, eten en netheid. Het ontbijt en Diner was geweldig op de 23ste verdieping met een mooie stad uitzicht. Een hele mooie ervaring om Japan te ontdekken.. De smaken zijn uniek en uitgesproken. En het personeel.. Wauw! Zo vriendelijk en dienbaar vanaf dat je het hotel binnenkomt totdat je de auto weer instapt, vooral de beveiliging-medewerkers. Wij waren eerder aangekomen dus mochten we iets eerder inchecken, bij het wachten kregen we drankje van het huis. Na de drankje opgedronken te hebben kregen we onze sleutel voor de kamer. Het was super geregeld allemaal. Een paar min-punten zijn dat *De bar-medewerkers erg chagrijnig zijn en minder behulpzaam dan de rest van het hotel *Ik mis een make-up spiegel in de badkamer (bij meeste hotel hebben ze dat) *We waren met z'n vieren en elke dag kregen we maar een doosje waarin twee wattenstaafje, 2x oorwattenstaafjes en een badmuts. Als vrouw zijn maak je make-up avond schoon dan gebruikt je minimaal 2 wattenstaafje en ochtend met opmaken gebruik je ook een of twee. *mijn lakens worden niet dagelijks verschoond hoewel we wat vlekken hebben vanwege iets er op geknoeid. Ik heb bij tweede dag zelf er af gehaald de lakens, toen werd het wel ververst. Wij willen jullie bedanken voor al jullie goeie zorg&services, wanneer we weer in Barcelona zijn komen we zeker hier terug.

Although it was not due to any fault of the hotel, there was so much construction going on around the property that it made it unattractive and inconvenient to be in that area. We only stayed one night so it really did not affect our visit, but anyone staying for a lengthy time might feel differently.

The staff was very nice and the hotel is definitely 5 star, albeit in a 2/3 star location. Room sizes reflected standard European room sizes. Breakfast was great if included, not worth 35Euro if paying separately.

Room was outstanding had the best views of town from the 20th floor. Sadly the staff was not great, waiting hour and a half for simple cocktails and food just never arrived. Breakfast was basic and would expected more from a hotel like Nobu. While the views were great the area the hotel is in was not great and felt very dirty and not in standing of what I would expect of the hotel chain. Overall exceptionally poor experience and best avoided.

Overall our stay at this property was great. The location is great as well. 2 mins walk from the train station. Lots of dining options nearby. Rooms are spacious and equipped. Hotel staff were great and helpful. The negative, being a bit picky is that the washroom design is poor. The shower area is an open concept, so water splashes everywhere. The experience is messed up when you have to keep cleaning the floor to ensure your family, especially kids does not slip. The floor towel does not help as much as it gets wet fast. The rooms did not get ready till 3 pm. This is a bummer when you arrive after a long travel with kids especially.

Schönes 5-Sterne-Hotel mit Rooftop-Bar und Pool im 24.Stock. Metro ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und 10 Minuten zum Plaza Espania. Sehr guter Service - besonders hervorzuheben ist Sebastian an der Rezeption und Nuria im Restaurant. Schöne große moderne Zimmer mit großem Bad und toller Aussicht. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut: Sekt, Lachs, warme Speisen, Wurst, Käse, Müsli etc. Eierspeisen und Pancakes können bestellt werden. Kaffeespezialitäten können auch bestellt werden.
