Villa's in Ax-les-Thermes

'Property is perfect for a family stay, roomy, clean, and everything you need inc English TV for the kids and a few games. Swimming pool was lovely, clean, and gated for safety. Hosts were both welcoming and very helpful with bits of advice or loaning of an umbrella when occasion arose. The area is tranquil and beautiful, nearby towns, villages and lakes have everything you might need and make for lovely outings. Lots of good visits further afield too but we didn't bother. 'Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce chalet pour les 30 ans de ma compagne. Un équipement complet pour 21, piscine+jacuzzi, un accueil chaleureux de Monsieur Loiseau qui n’hésite pas à répondre en cas de problème. Vue au top, localisation proche de la ville et des remontées. Un bémol toutefois sur l'impression qui ressort de l'aspect extérieur général du chalet, ainsi que du nombre de toilettes/douches et leur disposition.'

'The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it.'

'The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness.'
