'I loved staying here! I travel for work and decided to check out a local Vrbo instead of a hotel in Texarkana, and I’m glad I did! Will made the check in process so easy and him and his family were so welcoming. The dome was great and so cozy during a storm that came through. 'This was our 3rd time to visit Second Wind. Frank and Linda are the sweetest people and make you feel like family. If you want to relax, this is your best bet. The view is the best, anytime of day. If you're ready to get away from it all, slow down and enjoy nature, you won't be disappointed. You never know what kind of goodies Linda is going to bake, but whatever it is, it's delicious!'

'We rented all three of the related properties to host a wedding party. The small chapel was about thirty minutes away but everyone loved the “get away” vibe of the location. Several folks fished, enjoyed the water, and watched beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Great options for everyone!!'

'We were so glad we stayed at this cabin! There is no control over the weather and rain, and the recent rains the area had, had the water level so high that we could not use the pier and the beautiful views from it. But with even with the rains, we spent hours on the covered porch with the fabulous view from there. It inside of the cabin was well stocked with most any utensil, appliances, tv, dining and plenty of comfortable seats. It was gorgeous inside and a real pleasure to stay there.'

'We booked the home to take in the Eclipse. We really enjoyed the stay. The extra little touches were very nice and welcoming. The home was very clean, linens and beds were very comfortable. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a beautiful lakefront view. We recommend installing a handrail to the steps. We reached out to property contact via phone (left vm) and email to see if we could arrive a little early. I never received a callback or an email response.'

'The views are amazing. Seeing the dear in the morning and evening was awesome. The house is spacious and comfortable, we felt right at home.
