'Magnifique villa avec une vue splendide et emplacement parfait ! Villa très bien aménagé. La piscine, la terrasse, le système de son intérieur/extérieur, une cuisine très bien équipée, des chambres confortables et la villa est très propre. Stéphane et Alessandro sont très sympathique et à l'écoute tout au long du séjour !'

'It was an incredibly good stay. Very nice house where really everything has been thought of. Very clean! There is air conditioning in every room and each bedroom has its own bathroom. A beautiful garden. The area very quiet while everything is very close such as supermarkets, restaurants, beach.'

'Die Lag der Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Straße zwischen Wohnung und Meer ist verkehrsberuhigt. Wir haben uns sehr Wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung. Durch den Kontakt über WhatsApp und Google Übersetzer konnten wir sehr Gut kommunizieren mit dem Vermieter und bekamen immer zeitnah eine Rückmeldung! Was weniger erfreulich war ist die Kommunikation mit FeWo. Die Zahlung mit unserer Kreditkarte hat nicht funktioniert, bzw. die Hilfestellung von FeWo hat nicht zum Ziel geführt. 'Appartement: het appartement is op zich netjes en schoon, maar eenvoudig en enigszins gedateerd . Tuin en zwembad: de tuin is op zich mooi en het zwembad (met zout water) zorgt voor een goede aanblik. Een flinke onderhoudsbeurt is wel aan te bevelen. Ligging: Cala Bita is eigenlijk niet meer dan een straatje (met aan het einde een heel groot vakantiecomplex) wat eindigt bij een kleine baai. In de baai valt weinig te beleven, vergane glorie... Geen winkels e.d. in Cala Bita. Wel is het een...

'This home is great for families! A short drive into Porto Cervo, a lovely shared pool, lots of outdoor space to eat and play for kids, and the view is absolutely spectacular! Every morning it takes your breath away. Supermarkets are very close. I would recommend staying here again and again!'

'Convenient Guesthouse, perfect situation in the Baja Sardinia region, 300m above a nice beach (public&private) with bar, restaurants and all amenities in close distance. The house is modern and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen, a terrace with Seaview, air conditioning and comfortable beds. 'Struttura semplice ma estremamente ospitale in ogni aspetto: dall'accoglienza clienti, alla gradevolissima area piscina (presidiata da servizio bagnino a favore delle famiglie e dei loro piccoli). Ubicazione ottima, a due passi dal magnifico mare di Capriccioli, ma anche a breve distanza da tutte le meraviglia della Costa. Rapporto prezzo/qualità imbattibile, gentilezza nei confronti del cliente all'altezza delle più blasonate strutture ricettive di zona. Ottima esperienza ! '
