Our aim is to deliver great experiences to our guests and we agree that we are not unexpensive, but our prices are, be believe, in line with the category and the kind of service that we provide. We just want to point out, if we may, that the Club Sandwich costs € 35,00 and it’s served with a big portion of French fries beside, in fact could be considered complete meal. Regarding the tennis court, the cost could be € 40,00 or 50,00 it depends of the time slot that you prefer, of course it includes towels, fresh water, use of dressing rooms and showers and a choice of test racquets, free of charge. At the end, we are really sorry to learn that your experience in our 5 stars hotel was not fully satisfactory and that you did not consider it a good value for money but we look forward to your return and to greeting you once again!
