The staff and service in this hotel was amazing. I have stayed in so many much more expensive hotels all over the world, yet here the professionalism, kindness of staff was exceptional consistently every day at every experience. Location and facilities are also hard to beat, amazing gym and pools, beautiful views and gardens. Special thanks to Söngul from housekeeping who made my day every morning with her sparkling personality and attentive gestures in my room.

We decided to stay at this hotel, and we have nothing but good things to say about our stay there. The location, the view, the scenery is amazing. The staff are all friendly and treated us well, and it literally has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. It has multiple restaurants to eat from, multiple swimming pools and even a private beach. If you decide to have breakfast you won’t be disappointed, as it is all delicious and has so many different things to choose from. The room has everything you need, and everything is so clean. We will definitely continue to choose this hotel anytime we visit Antalya. Definitely recommended.

Situated on cliffs overlooking the Mediteranian, the Akra has everything: Location on the water but close to downtown, old town, sites, restaurants; Fantastic amenities including full spa (hamam!), indoor/outdoor pool and gym; Beach access and sea swimming; Incredible breakfast; Balcony rooms, free parking. The rooms are a bit dated but clean, and the rest of the hotel more than makes up for it. This is a very busy hotel, but is large and accomodating.

Not one to hand out 5 star reviews but Akra Hotel certainly deserves it. Check in was easy and straight forward and VIP facilities access was quickly provided All staff spoke English and were all attentive, friendly and accommodating. The food hands down has to be the best variety I have ever seen for a hotel in Europe. The range, quality and consistency was 5 star and I honestly felt like we were fed like kings! By far one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Housekeeping were amazing and kept to a high standard throughout our stay. Beach front isn’t really a beach but poolside area is great although could do with entertainment team putting some music on and try to add a vibe. But this is just ice on the cake to be honest, the cake as it is, is already tasty! Beach section has a bar and it’s pretty quiet so nice place to chill! We loved it and would come again

I booked the Mediterranean suite. Was a magnificent choice and was everything the hotel described. From the VIP lounge access with almost all day drinks and snacks access on the 10th floor to the fully loaded gym with EVERY machine and weights. I don’t even know where to begin to describe this hotel. I’m a sucker for a view from my bedroom. So please book the west part of the hotel to get the sunset in front of you with the mountains and sea and abit of the city too. I gotta give a huge mention to MURAT UYSAL. I was originally at the other side of the hotel which had a good view too but not what I was feeling. Got on the phone and this guy did not even hesitate and quickly moved me to the other side and just knew I’d love that room and view. but the customer service didn’t stop there. He also gave me a VERY LATE CHECK OUT. As my flight was due around midnight. I’ve stayed at many a places but never have I been given a very extended check out at 6pm on the more luxurious suites! He was polite and understanding and went the extra mile. Ask for him to assist you. So the 4 swimming pools with like an infinity look over the sea, amazing. The outside breakfast with a view of the sea, mesmerising. This hotel literally had everything. I’m going to also review it fully on my tiktok soon (tee_9110)

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops , 4 pools, huge Gym, sauna, Hammam, restaurants, yoga classes, wellness facility, market convenient store, and tennis courts. This resort has everything you need on vacation, I loved the low prices on laundry service. Excellent customer service and concierge service, and great valet service. The rooms little outdated but the balcony with its sea view makes it up. No beach the hotel on cliff only pools. Driving 15 min to Lara beach.

Ich hatte schon mehrfach das Vergnügen, im AKRA Hotel in Antalya zu übernachten, und meine Erfahrung war durchweg hervorragend. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Ramzi von der Guest Relation, der mit seiner Professionalität und Herzlichkeit unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gestaltet hat. Auch der Valet Service des Hotels verdient ein großes Lob für seine Effizienz und Freundlichkeit. Nicht zu vergessen ist das gesamte Servicepersonal, dessen Aufmerksamkeit und Engagement wirklich beeindruckend waren. Das AKRA Hotel ist zweifellos eine Top-Adresse in Antalya, und ich kann es jedem empfehlen, der erstklassigen Service in einer wunderschönen Umgebung sucht.

Das Hotel würde ich auf jeden Fall weiter Empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick und Frühstück. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer, aber auch wenn man frühstückt oder in der Lobby auf der Terrasse sitzt ist mega. Das Frühstück war super lecker. Man hat viel Auswahl und das warme Essen war abwechslungsreich. Das Gym war wirklich Perfekt. Für Leute die richtige Gymrats sind ist das ein Traum. Für die Liegen am Strand musste man nichts zahlen und für den Tennisplatz auch nicht (zwei Tennisschläger für 1 Stunde ausleihen hat 20€ gekostet), Fahrräder zum ausleihen waren auch kostenlos und haben wir fast täglich benutzt. In der Umgebung gibt es viele leckere Restaurants und wenn man richtig shoppen gehen möchte kann man das mit dem Fahrrad ca. 20 min entfernt. Hotel war sauber und die Anlage sehr schön. Für Leute die nicht ans Meer gehen wollen gibt es 3 Pools und ein Kinder Pool.

The hotel location is excellent and the staff were cordial. And that's the only positive. The rooms are very dated. Very disappointed with house keeping. They took our robes the first day with items in the pocket. Never brought it back and didnt replace the robes or the cups in the room. Very weird. Had to call multiple times for clean cups and was told a different dept takes care of it. After 2 days of calling, finally they dropped off clean robes. Didnt get offered the VIP amenities till well after check in. Even at check in, receptionist seemed bored and when we asked for restaurant suggestions at the hotel for that hour, he just handed us a brochure.

What a pleasant and relaxing stay in this wonderful nice styled hotel !!! Nice clean rooms with a wonderful sea view ( go definitely for a Sea View Room ) I also would like to thank Atiye hanım from the Guest experience service who is very kind & helpful . I had a little problem at dinner in the Panora Restaurant and this was also solved in a very generous way from the responsible restaurant manager ( unfortunately I don’t know his name ). I can absolutely recommend this hotel with its very friendly and customer oriented services. I will come again soon ….
