The beds are comfortable and it is perfect for a family of 4. All modern appliances plus a dryer for after washing clothes which was very helpful. 'This is an impeccably renovated village house, and well equipped. Ideal for two, very private & overlooked only by goats and the occasional inquisitive eagle flying overhead. 'Nice rustic experience with all the modern conveniences. The village and everyone in it were super pleasant and welcomed us in with open arms. The house (old olive mill) was very impressive and has many balconies and decks to sit and relax. I recommend if you want to stay out of the hustle of the city have a quiet time then this is the place.'

'Klein darf es sein und alt, aber nicht schmutzig und abgewohnt. Das ist wirklich sehr schade, da die Windmühle so viel Potential zum Wohlfühlen hätte. Julienne ist sehr freundlich, die Übergabe der Schlüssel hat perfekt geklappt. Gern hätten wir die wunderschöne Windmühle mit dem kleinen Garten mehr zum Entspannen, Lesen usw. genutzt. 'Eine wirklich sehr nette Vermieterin und ebensolche Nachbarn. Das Bett und das Bad sind etwas klein, aber man kommt zurecht. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in Heraklion sind fußläufig zu erreichen und selbst Knossos ist nur etwa 8-10 km entfernt. Weiter Ziele z. B. im Süden, Westen, Südwesten sind nur mit Mietwagen zu erreichen bzw. man holt vorher Erkundigungen ein zum ausgebauten Bus-Linienverkehr. Verblijf was echt 5 sterren waard, heerlijk en uitgebreid ontbijt, maar ook lunch of avondeten prima verzorgd. Super vriendelijk personeel en veel te doen op complex zoals midgetgolf, tennis etc. Ook een massage is mogelijk. Een aanrader! Huurauto is gezien de locatie handig. We komen hier zeker terug!'
