Het personeel is uiterst klantvriendelijk waardoor het erg gemoedelijk en prettig verblijven is. Met 's avonds ook nog live muziek op de achtergrond. Fantastisch

Mooi groots hotel!
Prima verblijf gehad, alleen een klein minpuntje. In de wc gaat het licht vanzelf aan als je erin komt, prima...maar als je als kind een tijdje zit en stil, gaat het opeens uit wat zorgt voor bange taferelen! Misschien zo instellen dat het pas weer uit gaat als de deur is aangeraakt? En het avondeten was voor volwassenen prima, maar aan kinderen was niet echt gedacht...dat was jammer.

We had a great experience there, as 6 young girls we felt safe and secure throughout our stay. The staff was great and helped us with whatever we needed as well!

Very nice hostel with a cool vibe and spacious shared areas. Good breakfast, nice outside sitting area. Convenient to take a tram downtown. The one problem is very slow and unreliable wifi in the rooms.

Really lovely hostel, friendly helpful staff, good facilities, nice rooms that are kept un good condition. Despite curfew restrictions good night life and entertainment, food was lovely. No real downsides, we did however have some rude guests who were shouting and banging on room doors having been shut out by friends at 3am! However this isnt really the hostel's fault. Good comfortable stay all in all and would recommend.

very good overall, maybe the room could have been warmer, the shower room water was overflowing at any short or long shower, the water was hot then cold at intervals. we also thought we had a free minifridge bar but we didn't, and never found out but for the rest we had a very good stay.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat bei allen Fragen und Unklarheiten weitergeholfen. Außerdem ist es ein einfach gehaltenes Hotel, die Zimmer sind gemütlich ausgestattet. Die Lobby war das schönste. Sehr liebevoll und freundlich hergerichtet. Getränke und Essensangebot war gut. Allerdings ein 0. 33 Bier für 5€ ist meiner Meinung nach zu viel. Was auch nicht so schön war, dass es unten in der Lobby, auf den Sofen und den Sesseln dreckig war... Verklebte Tische und überall Brösel. Ansonsten ein super Hotel mit gutem Service. Ich kann es wieder empfehlen.

Good value. Basic but good room. Good location
Good for what it is. Private room in hostel. Very basic. No TV or phone. No kettle, cups or complimentary tea/coffee. One towel and locker. Need own lock. Bed not the most comfortable but not the worst either. Room big and felt secure. Nice hi ceiling and large windows. Being in hostel I expected it to be noisy but room is in private area away from dorms. Stayed weekend so there was music in bar until about 12.30am but very feint so didn't disturb. The hostel itself is good - a little expensive but good value for Amsterdam. Breakfast is basic and paid separately and wasn't worth it. Staff friendly but reception is busy being a hostel. Overall my stay was good and I would stay again.

A Travellers Treat
Stayed there for Martin Garrix concert , found it to be a great spot to stay, might make 1 suggestion , and that is to let ppl know which tram to get , if youse already do that , I missed that and ended up on wrong tram .

호텔스 닷컴의 무책임함과 스테이오케이의 책임감
가격차이가 너무 많이 나서 현재 호스텔 매니저와 이메일로 대화 중입니다. 호스텔 매니저는 최선을 다 하고 있더군요. 이 부분에 대해서 호텔스 닷컴은 전화 문의만 가능하도록 되어있지 이메일로는 안되더군요. 해외에 있으면서 이런 문제에 대해 모국어로 대화 할 수 있는 지 없는 지에 대해 알 수도 없는데 고객과의 소통을 전화로만 하려고 하는 무책임한 대응에 실망했습니다. 저한테는 가격차이에 대한 이유를 알 권리가 충분히 있다고 생각하며 문제 해결을 위해 무슨 짓이든 할 것입니다.

Room price was a little steep for a family of 6, but we probably could have gotten a better price had we booked the room earlier. No frills room (3 bunk beds), private bathroom and shower (towels or shampoo not provided). Husband was a little shocked that we literally had to make our own beds (not that easy on the top bunk). However, we were (or should have been) aware of all this as it was all exactly as advertised). Lobby area was awesome - one of the best gathering places I’ve seen, with many games and cozy chairs provided. Breakfast was excellent at a good price (7 Euro per person). Hostel was easily reached via tram from the central train station. Would recommend.

Super Hostel mit stylischer Ausstattung, verschiedenen Auswahlmöglichkeiten an Zimmern und einer super Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Wir haben ca. 20 min. bis zum Zentrum gebraucht. Dazu noch recht günstig. Kann es jedem nur weiterempfehlen.
