Ik had kamer geboekt voor 2weeken. Die was so klein, die kan niet eens “kamer “noemen, en daar betaal je €100 per dag. Dat maakt niet uit, maar toen ik binnen kwam, de kamer was noet goed schon gemaakt. In 2 weeken werd me kamer 3x schongemaakt. 😅 zou goed zijn, schon gemaakt was niets, alleen bed gemaalt. Na een week verblijf ik moest beneden gaan om te vragen of aub iemand kan kamer staufsaugen voor het esrste keer! Higene is echt niet in deze hotel, voor een nacht maakt niet zo viel uit. Geen aanraader. Personeel was wel vriendelijk.

Prices can vary depending on demand, and it's possible that rates were higher due to the dates of your stay.Additionally, we want to clarify that we are a green hotel, and as part of our sustainability efforts, we clean rooms once every three days. We regret that this was not properly explained to you during the check-in process. Furthermore, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of cleaning service on the stayover dates, which were public holidays on May 19th and 20th. This may have resulted in delays in receiving your room cleaning.However, we acknowledge that waiting a week for room cleaning is unacceptable, and we are deeply sorry that the cleaning you received did not meet our standards. This is not the level of hygiene we strive to provide for our guests. We will investigate what occurred in your case to prevent it from happening again in the future.We appreciate your feedback about our friendly staff, and we apologize once again for the shortcomings you experienced during your stay. Basic hotelkamer. Geen ontbijt mogelijkheden, alleen grab&go. Airco op onze kamer erg luidruchtig. Inchecken snel gedaan. Elke 5 minuten opstijgend vliegtuig overdag want naast startbaan Schiphol. Snachts weinig tot geen overlast van vliegtuigen. Kitranden douche vol met schimmel helaas.

Teveel dingetjes aan reparatie toe: erg luid knarsende badkamerdeur, met handgreepje dat er elk moment af kan vallen, zeepdispenser van de muur gevallen, opklapbaar bureautje dat niet meer opklapt, USB-oplaadpunten naast bed die het niet doen. Slechts één handdoek aanwezig (voor 2 personen). Verder een schone en stille kamer op loopafstand van bushalte naar centrum Amsterdam. Omgeving wordt helemaal op de schop genomen.

Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, comfortabele kamer voor een prima prijs. Het is erg handig dat het hotel zich op loopafstand van de bus naar het vliegveld bevindt. Het stuk lopen naar de bus is ‘s avonds en ‘s ochtends vroeg wel wat spannend omdat het er zo donker is en ik kwam iemand tegen die wat agressief om geld vroeg, maar daar kan het hotel natuurlijk ook niks aan doen.

Locatie was fantastisch, wegomschrijving zei tweede gebouw, maar het was het derde dus ik ging bijna verkeerde hotel binnen. De douche had ontzettend schimmel in de cabine, die wou ik niet eens proberen gebruiken. Verder was alles helemaal prima.

No kitchen and exuberant prices for everything. 2.5 euro for a small paper cup of coffee...seriously?

Hi Rafael,Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review about your stay.It is indeed unfortunate that we do not have a restaurant in our hotel. However, we have a 24/7 Grab n go kiosk available at the Reception lobby.

Negatief: Netheid, personeel en service en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
The room was to small that I did not have space for my luggage. I asked for a room upgrade with more space, but even than paying over one hundred euros. The room was practily the same, on both sides of the bed only 30cm, no space available to seat confortable in the room. The room was very bad isolated from the sound of of aeroplanes landing on the runway very near to the hotel. The electronic key to the room was deactivated a couple of times during my stay, in wich I had to request the activation of the key to enter the room. The room area was very small 10m2 for over the one hundred euros per night, No breakfast included, The lounge at the reception very small and allways crouded with people. So the conclusion NOT good for the price range!
