Ontzettend fijn om te lezen dat de ligging van het hotel en de service van het personeel (in het bijzonder Piet) u zo ontzettend bevallen is, Echter, dat maakt uw ervaring met Max Brown niet goed. Mijn oprechte excuses voor de ongemakken die u tijdens uw verblijf heeft ervaren. Het is absoluut niet prettig dat u zoveel geluidsoverlast ervaren heeft. Mocht u dit hebben aangegeven tijdens uw verblijf hadden we tijdens de rest van uw verblijf hier wat meer rekening mee kunnen houden. Verder punten zijn direct opgenomen met de technische dienst. We offering housekeeping service every other day, however you can ask for more service if you would like. I'm sorry if this information was not communicated well during your check-in. My colleague at the reception tried to accommodate you and trying to give some solutions unfortunately we were very limited in our option. The city tax is 12,5% over your room rate and is going to the municipality of Amsterdam. We do not have any influence on that however all of this is communicated in the confirmation. We do not have a full kitchen in the hotel which makes that we are limited in providing the options on our buffet. Housekeeping is changing your sheets after the 4th night and cleaning the room once in the two days. I'm sorry that this didn't meet your expectations.
