We are very glad to hear both parents and kids had a terrific time at our letting and could enjoy the relax, comfort and entertainment of the apartment with its terrace, gardens and pool. To meet or even exceed our guests expectations is always our top priority and it's great to hear all went fine with your family stay. Regarding location you mentioned it very wisely. The apartment is located in a very exclusive area of Vilamoura and that is why we always recommend to hire a car. The drive to the Marina is about 5 minute long. The walk is very pleasant as you can enjoy beautiful landscapes and surroundings. Nevertheless it is indeed a walking distance and you will need to use the service of Uber or Taxis on a regular basis. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us and for sharing your experience. We are glad to hear you enjoyed your stay, but are very sorry to know about your experience with the beds and also about the lack of additional parasols around the pool area. This is the first time it was brought to our attention and we will make sure to look into it. We wish to have it reported during your stay as we would be very glad to have the opportunity to improve those comfort conditions. Regarding location the apartment lays in a quiet and exclusive area, surrounded by the most prestigious golf courses: Laguna, Millenium and Victoria. The distance to the Vilamoura marina is about 2,5 miles away as advertised both in the description as well in the site map. When enquired about we always recommend to hire a car. Please allow us to stress out that we have both one cupboard in the lounge and one wardrobe in the hall that we keep secure as there is where our maintenance and cleaning staff keep their working items organized. We kindly ask our guests to please respect these private areas and to address to us for any special requests. We will always do our best to comply and hopefully this will make our guests stay a bit more pleasant. Once again we are very sorry for the inconvenience and we thank you for your generous review and for bringing to our attention those relevant issues, that we will address in the short term.

Vielen Dank fuer Ihren Bewertung. Wir sind sehr Froh zu wissen dass Sie eine guten Aufenthalt gehabt haben. Leider war das Internetverbindung zu Euere zufriedenheit nicht so gut gelaufen. Wie gesagt das TV laueft ueber das Internet und dafur haben wir einen Pro App: MeoGo (diesem App gehort zum portugiesische haupt telekom geselschaft und dafur bezahlen wir ein monatliches lohn). An diesem App koennen Sie ueber 100 kanale anschauen auf Portugiesisch, Englisch, Franzosisch, Spanisch, Russisch, Chinesisch und eine sendung - Deutsche Welle - wird auf Deutsch gesprochen. Leider das ist die einzige Sendung auf Deutsch an diesem App... zusaetlich zu diesem App haben wir auch weitere Apps instaliert so dass unsere Gaeste eine breitere TV sendungen Auswahl haben. Leider diesen Apps koennen moeglicherweise nicht so stabil als MeoGo sein. Wir sind ueberzeugt dass die schwierigkeiten dass Sie gehabt haben sind mit diesen Apps passiert die und deshalb entschuldigen wir uns bei Sie... Wir werden besseren Apps instalieren, die beide mehr stabil sind und auch mehr Deutschen Sendungen ubertragen koenen. Agradecemos igualmente a chamada de atenção relativamente ao candeeiro da sala, lacuna que foi imediatamente sanada logo após lermos o seu escrito. No que refere ao valor do aluguer, efetivamente este varia ao longo do ano, sendo que o mesmo é mais económico na época baixa e mais elevado na época alta (período este que sucedeu ao da sua estadia). Não obstante as estadias nos meses de Verão serem as mais onerosas - fruto da sazonalidade característica do Algarve - é precisamente neste período que se verificam as maiores taxas de ocupação em todos os alojamentos da região. Caso tenha possibilidade, será sempre mais económico visitar o Algarve fora dos meses de Verão.
