Het uitzicht vanuit de kamer was heel mooi maar dan heb je ook alles gezecht Als je s'avonds wil buiten eten krijg je water en wijn uit plastiek glazen en er zijn geen tafellakens nog nooit meegemaakt prijs/kwaliteit is een dikke 0 hotel is veel te duur voor hetgeen je er voor terugkrijgt Kamers worden zeer slecht gepoetst zand van de dag ervoor ligt nog op de vloer en het terras De check out is pas om 12 uur en om 10 uur kwam de poetsvrouw doodleuk vragen om de kamer te verlaten zodat ze die kon klaar maken voor de volgende gasten Ik heb hier 1 keer verbleven maar nooit meer

We enjoyed very much! the kids had fun in a safe environment. The staff are very welcoming, friendly and work hard to keep the hotel clean and guests entertained. The food was very good, divers, constantly replenished, with a seperate kids corner. For the kids it was also easy to get their snacks, drinks and ice cream whenever they wanted at different spots. The rooftop terrace has a nice view. We enjoyed the (interactive) shows in the evening. There is also a daily/frequent (free) shuttle to the beach/old city.

Fabulous place! Very clean, great food especially the Alcerim restaurant. Free large towels for the pool (to be handed back before departure) about a 10min walk to the strip. 20 Min stroll to the beach. Great entertainment, the kids loved it!

Overall a satisfactory experience (5/10), but I would certainly not call it 5-star hotel. The hotel itself is quite modern, and has clearly been recently renovated. The most positive aspects of our stay were the high levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. The worst aspects of our stay werethe lift situation (it really sucks and something needs to be done), and the interior design (reminiscent of a hospital waiting room). Our bedroom was advertised as a family room, though apart from the cot we had requested there was nothing special about it. Additionally, the room had no bathtub, which was highly inconvenient given our need to bath our baby each day. A further complaint would be the location of our bedroom, which was right next to the outdoor area where the evening "shows" are conducted. That meant that from 8.30 pm each night when we put our baby to sleep, there was all manner of caterwauling to be heard, which was quite annoying night after night. Food was OK, but not once did I say or think "mmm that's really delicious". I also found the promise of an Italian restaurant on site to be particularly mis-leading. There is no Italian restaurant! There is, however, a counter of the buffet in the outdoor seating area that serves up very average pizza and pasta. On the whole the dessert was a no go, we found it all exceptionally sweet and the cakes were very dry. The fruit served was excellent on the whole.

The hotel is lovely, staff are really helpful and friendly. The food choice is really good and there is lots of choice in the main restaurant. There is only really one other restaurant choice as the Brazilian is just a rushed hot mess, but the other choice is fabulous I would rather have gone there twice! The children had so much to do they almost didn’t do everything, shame for the adults though the evenings were a bit more for the kids and we found ourselves just sitting where every we could find a chair as it always seemed too busy everywhere for the amount of guests at the hotel. A tip I would give them is we had lots of sugar free choices for the kids in another place we stayed, which was so good…slushes and things and even we could mix them with alcohol…. Every choice of alcohol here was VERY sweet and all children continually sugar hi, bit crazy. But all in all staff were nice, pool large, food good what’s not to like.

Arrived to find Room and bathroom not cleaned properly after last guest. Really bad smell in the room and even after leaving the doors open , smell remained the same . Hotel gave option of coming and cleaning room every 2 hours during my stay which I felt was very insulting as the basic standard of cleanliness was not met when I checked in and not sure how cleaning the room every 2 hours will make any difference to the horrid smell which I was expected to ignore ? I had to check out with my child within 30 mins of checking in as could not stay in that condition. Had to sit in the lobby and book another hotel , left in tears. I was advised to speak with Expedia regards to refund and for the Hotel if we stayed or left it’s no loss as we had already fully paid and the room can be booked by another guest . Expedia have advised that hotel management have declined to provide any refund . Cost of hotel was nearly thousand pounds for adult and child for 4 days for a awful room with stench. Basically hotel made nearly a thousand pounds with a empty room with no guests 😢

Stayed at the Jupiter Albufeira Hotel for 12 days in September 2022. The hotel is lovely with a separate pool primarily for adults (no inflatables allowed). The food was plentiful and very good for an all inclusive hotel. The only issue we had was the condition of the carpets which were very stained and not very appealing. Overall a great stay and would recommend to others.

One of the best family friendly hotels we stayed. All staff super nice and the entertainment team is amazing. Many fun activities throughout the day. The water slides were a big hit and a lot of fun. All you can eat buffet with a good selection. Really fun and entertaining evening shows.

Five star accommodation, food and staff service! We had a great time staying at this hotel and will definitely recommend it to our friends. We think the communication around entertainment could have been improved to maximise everyone’s stay especially for the kids and teens. But overall we enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. ☺️

It was good overall. However, the population is too much in the dinner area: spa I require payment before being use ; the hotel quite suitable for family with children: The stairs are dirty. The spa is quite pricy. April is not period to visit because we had our winter jacket. Lastly it cost €51 for transportation from the airport since the hotel they do not provide airport shuttle as states in facilities!

Our SPA is a treatment area with all the services such as several therapists, massage, an aqua circuit, a sauna, Turkish bath... which allows our guests, to choose several possibilities. As advertised we provide a courtesy bus, on a daily basis, for visiting our old town as well to one of our much-appreciated beaches. Had a great young family holiday. Staff were really friendly and helpful everywhere, 2 year old loved the outdoor play area and the indoor little soft play. The food was great especially breakfast and dinner with different themed evenings. Pool was cold for our 2 year old but we did travel in March so wasn't expecting to last long in the water!

Tudo incluído, mas...
Quando se reserva um tudo incluído, espera-se que durante a estadia os cartões bancários fiquem sossegados no cofre. No caso deste hotel, e ao contrário do que fizeram crer durante todo o processo de reserva, fomos presenteados na chegada à receção que é tudo incluído mas apenas até às 23h. Estranho é que os bares fecham às 23h45 e, durante estes 45 minutos, paga-se. Isto não faz qualquer espécie de sentido. A simpática mas pouco autónoma responsável pelas relações públicas, informou-nos que eram medidas que tinham ficado por causa da pandemia. O que faz todo o sentido: se pagar não apanha o vírus. Resumidamente: Comida: sem grandes luxos, variedade razoável e qualidade boa. Não compromete. Bebidas: cocktails feitos manualmente sem recurso a misturadoras, o que é uma vantagem. Acomodações: quarto de acordo com as expetativas de um 5 estrelas mas grandes luxos. Bonitos e generosos. Mini-bar vazio. Merecia uns produtos de boas vindas. Limpeza: boa em geral. Equipamentos: genericamente bem tratados e sem problemas. Staff: o melhor deste hotel. Principalmente do restaurante. Estacionamento: na rua. Se quiser estacionamento no hotel paga 9€/dia. Genericamente a estadia foi razoável, estragou o facto do "tudo incluído" ser apenas até às 23h e não ter havido uma tentativa de minimizar o desagrado por parte da RP. Honestamente, apenas regressarei a este hotel caso o valor seja muito mais atrativo que o 3HB CLUB HUMBRIA, o RIU GUARANÁ ou o NAU SALGADOS PALACE.

Brilliant hotel, great location and fab food
Absolutely brilliant hotel! Family friendly, covid safe and clean. Staff were all super friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. All inclusive was ridiculously good value for money. Food was top quality with a huge selection, drinks were brilliant too. All inclusive included cocktails. Fab location- close to supermarkets and bars and restaurants. Hotel also offers free shuttle bus to beach/ old town throughout the day. Taxi is only €7-8 if you require to return later.

Good quality hotel
Very clean comfortable hotel. Amazing pool. Decent enough food but not what i would rate high quality - we ate out 4 nights of our 7 night stay Ate in the a la carte 1 night and it was lovely, but only 2 chips served with it, dessert however was class. Cocktails all very sugary.
