The hotel was very basic, which was fine, but our room was not very clean. There were stains on the floor and the shower was moldy. Also, there is a roof terrace which is supposed to have a bar, but the bar was closed and the roof terrace was not set up. Besides that the staff was very friendly and kind.

uitstekende locatie om van daaruit lopend de stad te verkennen. Goede douche, beetje kleine badkamer alsook de kamer zelf een beetje klein. Wel fijn, nadat je de stad hebt verkend, even bij te komen op je eigen balkon.

De bereikbaarheid en parkeergelegenheid in het centrum was prima. De badkamer echter, was zo klein en gebrek aan ruimte om wat op te zetten. Bed was prima. Betalen voor je cupjes voor de koffie is niet echt servicegericht.

We had upgraded to a larger room and it was well worth it. We had a large sitting area with a couch and comfortable chair. The room had 4 closets, some with shelves, so there was plenty of room for clothes. The only issue we had was that the electric curtain meant to provide privacy in the glass walled bathroom didn’t work. The breakfast was good but there were no eggs, and the only hot item was pancakes from a pancake machine. The location was great as it was just outside the walls of the old city and we could walk to restaurants and the waterfront.

Great for quick overnight stay but paper thin walls - could hear everything the couple next door said as they altered travel arrangements - recommend you turn your tv on to mask. Convenient cafe and comfy couches in the lobby. Good location in Faro - everything walkable and short ride to the airport, bus or train station.

Very nice friendly staff, good location. Quick walk to everything. Very good breakfast for such a small hotel. Room was very small, basic amenities and the walls were very thin. Could hear everything through the walls and from downstairs as i was on the girst floor. I enjoyed my stay though.

Really nice stay.
A really lovely little hotel surrounded by good eateries and close to the old town and the centre. The staff were cheerful, friendly and helpful, breakfast was good, the cleaners did a remarkable job daily. I worry about the environment, so I’d like to see some measures like not putting cutlery in paper bags, having hand gel in a bottle rather than bars of soap, only washing towels when needed. I also hate a shower / wet room set up.

Avoid at all costs!
Beware of this hotel! Despite my reservation stating payment at the hotel, they insisted on payment three days before arrival or else threatened to cancel the reservation. They quoted "hotel policy" and an incredibly dubious interpretation of the 48 hour free cancellation policy. Had I known this would happen, I would definitely have chosen another hotel. On check-in the front desk person was surly and unhelpful. We had to choose a fixed slot for breakfast! The room was so tiny that, after fitting in a standard double bed, there was only space for a bedside table on one side. That was also the only side with a reading light. The bathroom walls are made of glass, with only a loose plastic screen screening it off from the bedroom.

Das hotel liegt gut. Man erreicht alles schnell zu Fuss. Mein Zimmer war dann nicht wie abgebildet mit einem king size bed aber mit 2 schmalen Betten. das wäre jetzt halt einfach so, sagte mir die nette Frau. Ging ja auch. Der safe ging aber nicht. Das Frühstück ist nicht prickelnd. Wenige komponenten generell und käse, schinken und haselnusscrème praktisch ungeniessbar. Glutenfreies Brot war erhältlich. Ich würde nicht abraten aber mir nächstes mal was irgendwie besseres suchen......

Great location
Great location, friendly staff, clean rooms. We showed up about an hour before check-in but the staff allowed us access to the room early which was greatly appreciated. We had a drink on the rooftop terrace one evening, the view was amazing. The only negative to the room would be the glass wall between the washroom and bed, even with the blind down you could still see into the washroom if you were laying on the bed. There was also no fan in the washroom. All and all though we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing location in Faro
Faro boutique hotel’s location is amazing. Just few blocks fro Vila Adentro the historic downtown. The hotel has all you need. Rooms are adequate and comfy. We did not use breakfast option but looked good. The room has a coffee machine which is very helpful. The staff was very helpful when checking in a little early.

The staff at the reception were very nice. The lady is very helpful. She recommends where to go to visit and nice restaurant to eat. It’s quite area and easy to reach by foot. The breakfast is very basic. Discovered just across the hotel, there is a place where you can eat good food and pastries in an affordable price.

Very friendly staff but very small rooms, extremely slow elevator which suddenly stoppes between floors and our room wasn’t very clean (dust everywhere, hair band with hair (from former guest!?) between the towels, very small bed…so all together, not the best value for money.

This little boutique hotel is so cute! We stayed on the third floor...the elevator is very slow but we just took the stairs when we didnt have our luggage with us. The free breakfast was great. They have a cute little pancake maker and fresh squeezed OJ. They had a variety of meat and cheese, breads and croissants and muffins or tarts. The coffee was great. The room had a good sized bed and the bathroom was very clean. Shower was great and spacious. Patking was not included but we managed to find street parking that was free on the weekends. The staff were super friendly and the location was very close to all the tourist areas. A great place for a getaway.
