'Great place too stay especially for us cyclists'

'Der Garten und die Lage des Hauses ist super. Das Haus selbst ist an und für sich auch okay aber die Küche ist sehr Alt und schmuddelig. Das keine Spülmaschine vorhanden sollte explizit ausgezeichnet sein. Für uns gehört das zum absoluten Standard eines Ferienhauses. Tägliches Abwaschen mit der Hand gehört für uns nicht zum Urlaub. 'Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte. Durch die Lage im Villenviertel hatten wir nachts absolute Ruhe, so dass wir wirklich entspannt nach Hause kamen. Vielen Dank nochmal an Frau Dahl, die uns wertvolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben hat.'

'Das Haus war mega. Die Lage ist top, schnell in den Bergen und schnell an einer wunderschönen kleinen Bucht. Ein Auto würde ich empfehlen, um Großeinkäufe sorgenfrei zu tätigen. Allerdings kommt man auch für 10€ mit einem Taxi in die nächste Stadt wo man alles findet was man braucht. Das Haus an sich mit dem Außengelände ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren mit 11 Personen im Alter zwischen 20-25 da und hatten jeglichen Platz, den wir benötigten. Lediglich ein Problem mit Mücken hat uns alle...

'Haus und Grundstück waren wieder sehr gepflegt und sauber. Da wir in der 2. Woche sehr kaltes Wetter hatten, waren wir froh die neue Heizungsanlage genießen zu können. Gerade bei schlechten Wetter hat das Haus Vorteile, weil es umfangreich und gemütlich ausgestattet ist und die Küche sehr modern ausgestattet ist. Eines hat uns aber geärgert: im Unterschied zu den Vorjahren ist eine Stornierung, wie sonst bei fewo-direkt üblich, bei diesem Haus nicht möglich. Das sollte geändert werden, damit wir...

'We had a amazing stay. There was everything you could need and unbelievably close to the beach, buses and facilities. The pool was clean and so was the whole property. Checkin was so easy and smooth. We would definitely return!'

However, some of the photos are misleading as dining chairs were different and very uncomfortable, there were no placemats or coasters at all for the table. 'We spent a week in this wonderful villa! We enjoyed the pool a lot and ere very happy with all the information about the environment.'

'The property is situated conveniently next to the beach with a private passage about 15 meters to the sand. The ocean was beautiful clear and calm with lots of activities available near by such as jet skiing, long boarding and windsurfing. The house has a lovely outdoor space with a bar-b-que and tables with seating for large groups as well as a large pool and grassy yard. 'We enjoyed staying at this very nice house. Overall the experience was good. However, there are a couple of things to mention though. It appears that this place is recently became available for VrBo. Owners have checked in a couple of times reminding when we should leave the premises and there are minor items that could be improved. Lockbox gets stuck at times, towels could be better and the fact that you would have a electric usage charge is not common but will certainly recommend the place...

'Wir waen mit 2 Familien für 10 Tage in dem Chalet del Llac. Schönes großes Haus im Top Lage mit großem Gsrten und Grilllplatz, wenige Minuten zum Strand, Eroski und einer super französischen Bäckerei. Zudem Bushaltestelle nach Palma und Alcudia vor der Tür. Einen Sternabzug gibt es für die Ausstattung der Küche - hier ist ein dringendes upgrade notwendig - und den muffigen Schränken.'

'Nous avons été ravies de notre séjour. La maison est grande et bien équipée au niveau de la cuisine. La literie est bonne, seul petit bémol les coussins sont trop plats. Nous avons été tres bien reçus et le propriétaire très arrangeant quand à l'heure d'arrivée. '

'Personeel is erg kundig en hulpvaardig, het eten was verassend goed voor een drie sterre nhotel. De accommodatie doet soms wat gedateerd aan, er mag zeker in de bedden gei vesteerd worden. Ook zijn de slaapbanken zijn erg hard.'
