'The location of the appartment is very good, a short walk to the harbour with many restaurants and a nice walk of 20 minutes to the old center of Estepona. The appartment has all you need for a comfortable stay and the terrace is wonderfull with a nice view on the sea.'

'Un grand merci à Miguel pour son hospitalité, sa disponibilité et ses bons conseils. L’appartement est très propre et la décoration raffinée. Au petit déjeuner nous prenions notre café sur la belle terrasse avec une vue mer. L’appartement est également très silencieux. Hasta luego Miguel'

'Gedurende de 2 weken van het verblijf (29 mei-11 juni) konden de jongens vanwege onderhoud (!) geen gebruik maken van het mooie zwembad, ERG jammer. Verder zou je helemaal om moeten lopen door het hele gebouw heen, daarna trappen af, achterlangs, om bij dat zwembad (of het strand) te komen, omdat het appartement op de 1e etage ligt. Appartement is prima in orde, ook zeer smaakvol ingericht.'

'super gelegen aan de haven , toplocatie , dicht bij strand. wel wat rumoerig , onder andere door de ondergelegen weg. terras prachtig. enige nadeel was dat de verwarming erg veel ( naar het leek niet al te schone lucht ) via de airco naar binnen moest blazen om het warm te krijgen , waardoor we beiden last kregen van de luchtwegen. over het algemeen wel een prima verblijf gehad !'

'Wij hebben het plezier gehad om een week in dit penthouse te verblijven, het onthaal was zeer vriendelijk en het appartement zeer proper. De locatie is ook super , dicht bij marbella, malaga en gilbretar. Kort samengevat, super vakantie wij komen zeker terug!'

'Hicimos la reserva porque había disponibilidad, la pagamos y supuestamente todo en orden. No teníamos noticia ninguna y escribimos al propietario, que tampoco daba respuesta. Al final la plataforma se tuvo que poner en contacto con el. Un día antes un mensaje diciendo: lo siento, no está disponible. Habíamos pagado yo. La solución que nos dio Vrbo fue una pensión de mala muerte en una ubicación en un pueblo de interior. No vuelvo a confiar en esta plataforma y ya os digo que este propietario es...

'We were here for 11 days and had a wonderful time. The house is spacious, very nicely decorated and very clean. Everything you could possibly need is there! All rooms and the 3 balconies are beautiful and have an unobstructed view of the sea. Awesome! Estepona is a great base from which to see the sights of Andalusia, but the city itself and the port are also worth a visit. All in all, highly recommended.'

'Appartement parfait sur tous les points: propre, idéalement situé, vue superbe sur le golf et la mer, bien équipé, lits confortables. On peut marcher pour se rendre au golf Doña Julia, au supermarché, à la mer, à plusieurs restaurants. Nous avions tout de même loué une voiture et c’est facile de se rendre dans les autres villes voisines. Que ce soit Ronda, Estepona, Marbella, Ojen, Mijas, Malaga, Gibraltar, etc. L’entretien extérieur du complexe est impeccable. Le condo est juste parfait et nous...

'Un apartamento estupendo. Gran terraza con vistas increíbles. Un salón y cocina inmensos y muy nuevos y bien equipados. Dos dormitorios y dos baños inmejorables. Todos funcionaba perfectamente, electrodomésticos, A/C, wifi, … y una gran pantalla de TV. Solo a mejorar la llegada porque es muy complicado encontrar el parking la primera vez.'

'We stayed here for a few days in April. You get everything you need and is in the middle of the harbour. Parking is inhouse, it can be a bit complicated to find the way to the parking exit towarda the appartment.'

'Property was better than the pictures. Loads of room for 3 of us and very clean. Had great communication with Rosa (the Agent) she came and met us at 1030 pm to check us in and show us around the apt and was on hand if we needed anything. Roof top terrace was amazing and a lovely walk along the coast path into Estepona old town. Supermarket a few mins driver or 20 min walk. Would highly recommend staying at this fabulous apartment. Resort had lovely pools and gardens were immaculate.'
