The recent restoration of the house has been a real love job, centred (also) on reusing materials: stone- discovered under the old plaster - original terracotta paving, and chestnut wood for the ceilings. All that, combined with the attention to detail, sets an unforgettable, charming mood. Never fail to be peaceful at the house whenever you like. It is so near downtown and so far from the summer mess. The house belongs to the private Borgo (its first document is dated 1522), closed on the property of an ancient castle and composed of two country houses, this one and Villa la Maclura. Please note that each house has its pool, garden, chill-out area, BBQ, entrance, and car places. The villa has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one lounge, one lounge-diner, one smaller lounge /bedroom with total privacy, one large kitchen, and one utility room on two levels (150 sq.m.). The ground floor and first floor of the villa are for the exclusive use of guests. We reserved the independent top floor to provide all the necessary assistance for a relaxing stay.
Outside: one BBQ on the terrace garden at the ground floor level and one on the large garden below, just close to the private (only for you) SPA. The outside area is fully equipped with garden furniture.
Please note :
The SPA is generally unavailable from the end of October to late March/mid-April because the heating pump cannot warm the water up to 30° if the external temperature is less than 15° (during the night). Please ask me.
