Villa's in Akumal

'Our family had a great stay. We utilized the day passes at the resort on the other side of the highway and rode the trolley to get there. We rented a car and had a private parking space; we visited Tulum, Playa del Carmen, and ziplined over cenotes. There was a pool within the property that our young children loved. 'From start to finish the stay at Villa de la playa was great. Communication with the host was quick and Emilio was always there if we needed anything. We had a group of 11 and had plenty of space. The pool was refreshing on the hot humid days and even though it is a rocky area in front of the house, the ocean was amazing. A great area for snorkeling. There are iguanas that live in the rocks next to the pool and they come out to visit while you are sitting outside, definitely fun for the kids....

'We absolutely loved our stay at Casa de las Conchas. We have stayed at Akumal Sur before and love the little "private" beach. Even though there were high winds the week we stayed, we still enjoyed snorkeling and kayaking in the bay. The pool was wonderful and we used all of the seating areas on the beach and pool area, especially the hammocks and palapa lounges. Kim easy to contact and quick to reply. Edgar was so friendly and kept the pool area and beach area in top shape. Karin was great too....

'We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The kitchen, table, and living room were spacious and accommodating. The morning sun and the beautiful sunrises were refreshing, including the splash in the pool. The cleaning crew was amazing, always smiling and flexible. We were so lucky to see three turtles laying eggs - unforgettable for sure! We hired a chef one night and were very, very happy with the food they prepared for us. All 16 of us had a great time. Here's my feedback: The location in Akumal is excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, beach club, convenience stores, atm, and shops. It's just a short drive down the street to the Yal-ku Lagoon. 'The property was awesome. It fit our needs perfectly. One bedroom on first floor perfect for our 80 year old mother so no climbing stairs. Elevator was not working but probably a good thing as the younger kids would not abuse it. The beach area was smaller than we expected but still wonderful view from the house to the ocean. Most photos taken were from the palm tree in front of pool. Awesome views. Staff was great and pleasant. We would return if we take another family trip to Akumal.'

'Had a group of 14 guys for a bachelor party. The house was plenty big and spacious for all of us. The chef and food was excellent! The pool was huge and a great gathering spot for the group. All the rooms were big and had nice views of the bay. Would highly recommend this house.'

'We stayed here with 4 couples and the home and location were absolutely incredible! The property owner and manager were very helpful and easy to communicate with. The home was immaculate and had everything you could need. The pool, hot tub and beach were stunning and so fun. There are many fun restaurants within walking distance.
