'A great place to rest and get away from it all but somewhat neglected and with some deficiencies in the house. Communication from the owner has been dry, reduced and terse. The jacuzzi-pool in the advertisement was a bit dirty and did not work and the owner told us that it never worked. A water pipe under the sink suddenly broke down and we had to keep bailing water every time we went to wash the dishes. The doorknob on the bathroom door was also broken. 'The accommodation exceeded our expectations. What I loved is that they have a special "drinking water tap" in the appartments which saved so much plastic water bottles. Due to COVID it was mandatory to reserve a time slot for the pool and the appartment didn't have any cleaning during a one week stay but the appartment was well equiped to keep it a bit tidy yourself. The photos don't do the size of the appartments and terrace justice. It's a lot bigger than the photos make it look. '

'Although located a 20-30 minute walk to the beach the room and balcony are large and the apartment had great views of the ocean. Centre of Playa de las Americas only a 20-minute drive away. Would stay again.'

'The apartment had a nice Seaview, was clean and has everything you need. The complex was nice, clean and friendly staff. There was a lot of drilling one day due to apartment renovation, but not too much of an issue. Didnt use the pool, but seen lots of people out early to put towels on loungers. Overall good value for money and would stay again. '
