'This is a beautiful, private home central to many adventures in Italy. We were able to travel to Rome, Pompeii, the beaches near Pescara all within easy day trips. We even could relax at home for a day. This home allowed us to be flexible, spontaneous, and have control over our schedule. The property manager was super helpful and responded quickly.'

'Prima verblijf gehad in dit huis, ondanks de grote hitte begin augustus. Omschrijving van het huis klopt goed met de werkelijkheid. Uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen in relatief ongerepte natuur. Toerisme staat nog in de kinderschoenen in dit gebied met bergen, ravijnen, slaperige dorpjes en oude stadjes. Zeker een aanrader als je rust en natuur zoekt.'

'Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer sehr gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Das Haus und der Pool waren ordentlich umzäunt, so dass die Kinder allein im Hof spielen konnten. Die Lage ist gut! Man bekommt die Schönheit der Abruzzen zu sehen und ist ebenso schnell in den Bergen, wie am Meer. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.'

'This property had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and dishes. The bedrooms were comfortable. Everywhere was clean and well decorated. The hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The area is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. We stayed a month and it wasn't long enough!'

'We stayed here for 2 weeks with 2 families ( 4 adults and 6 children). We had an amazing time here and the views from every side were incredible. The kids loved playing in the huge swimming pool. At night watching the sky full of stars and overall enjoying the peace and quiet. The owner and housekeeper were always available for any questions. It's a perfect place to relax and enjoy precious time with family and loved ones.'

'We were welcomed by the owner's 2 lovely sons who waited while we travelled from the airport. Communication was excellent. Our host provided us with links of places to visit and the very local cafe/bar provided us with the necessary wifi to download information. 'Die Wohnung war sehr gut. Es war uns zu ruhig. Da ich gehbehindert bin waren wir immer auf das Auto angewiesen. Die Beschreibung zum Steinstrand haben nicht gestimmt es war alles verwildert. Das beste war die Klimaanlage.'

'De locatie was netjes en heel fijn: 100 mtr van de zee. Aangezien we vaak zelf willen koken was het goed om te zien dat er ruim voldoende 'keukeninventaris' aanwezig was. In de advertentie werd aangegeven dat er bed- en badlinnen etc. aanwezig zou zijn. Dit was wel minimaal. Voordeel was dat er een wasmachine stond de we dan ook gebruikt hebben. Maar we hebben een fijne vakantie gehad in een mooi appartement.'

"The owners are great people, who do every thing for their guests. The beds are great, good douches, nice balcon to sit. The neighbourhood would be more relax if the traffic would respect the 30 kilometer speed limit. Extensive Italian Breakfast (lot of sweet things)For this B&B you need to be in good condtion because you have to clime at least 2 stairs to reach your room(no elevator) Parking place and free wifi available. Walking down hillto the beach wiil take 15 to 20 minutes. Going back ? Take bus4 or 4/ from the trainstation. Cost only € 1,50. The B&B hasa more classic interior decoration but its cosy. Nice place for a short stay 2- 5 days."
