'Came here with my family to celebrate my 60th birthday. Communication with the owner was excellent and check in accommodated us arriving early.There was everything and more on offer. We were pleasantly surprised at how well the kitchen was stocked with everything you could ask for.the selection of games kept everyone entertained. And the gift of chocolates and wine gave that extra special.touch...would definitely recommend and return.'

'The old manse was perfect for our needs. The kids absolutely loved the air raid shelter. That was their space away from the grown-ups. Extremely well appointed accommodation in a very pretty location. The Active Kids centre was superb. Hot tub was very popular with everyone and even the weather was perfect.'

'A beautiful part of Scotland to stay in, with lots of information about the surrounding area available for us when we arrived. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed our only issue being that the beds were not very comfortable, despite this we had a lovely stay in a part of the country we had not visited before.'

'We have had a perfect stay at the Jute Store. The house is full of atmosphere, very roomy and with such a lovely, well equipped kitchen. There is even a small library! The location is perfect as well; you can start various walks right at the front door and Cairngorms Park is just an hour's drive away. A very friendly owner who does not mind last-minute requests. I'm sure we will be back!'

'We had been looking forward to our weekly stay in Scotland for almost 3 years. Sadly, the villa did not meet our high expectations. First, the villa was in a nice location in Blairgowrie with a large yard, and a quiet neighborhood. The house has great character but it is old and rustic. 'We had a marvelous stay.The property was clean and very comfortable. It had all we needed for a family of 4 with two teenagers. The views over the fields and valley from the living room were outstanding and made a great backdrop for our holiday. Nearby Crieff and other towns easily accessible. We will be back. 'Perfect place to get away and recharge. Fern lodge offers everything you need for a countryside getaway. Comfy beds and pillows. Spotlessly clean with nice furnishings. Spacious property, clean, a little dark with brown being the dominant colour. Welcome milk, tea, coffee, sugar, no welcome pack. Oven needs cleaning. Comfy beds. Bedroom overly garden on the chilly side. Loved the location, Fortingall very beautiful.'

Fijn dat er in de keuken veel aanwezig is, waar gebruik van kan worden gemaakt (zout, specerijen, etc.).De tuin is prachtig en fijn beschut, zodat je er al snel kunt zitten. Aberfeldy is een leuke plaats op een paar kilometer afstand. "Het unieke aan deze locatie, is dat je het meeste gewoon zelf moet doen. Er is een pod (5 in totaal) met daarin matrassen, een lampje en een verwarming/ventilator. Meer is er niet. Je zult je eigen eten moeten voorzien. Water is vrij beschikbaar in 1 van de 2 algemene ruimtes. Waar je de afwas ook kunt doen. De douches en toiletten (altijd schooon) zitten in de 2e algemene ruimte. zo'n 3x per dag, als je goed luisterd, kun je vaag een auto voorbij horen komen of een traktor. Verder hoor je alleen de schapen en de vogels. Een rode Wouw en een Torenvalk zijn in de buurt en regelmatig zichtbaar, net als een kwikstaartje, een Boekvink en een paar patrijzen. Prachtig! En dan een wijds uitzicht waar je elke dag van kan genieten naast de rust. Echte aanrader."
