'Breakfast and dinner were fantastic! I'm vegetarian and the options for dinner were delicious, creative and satisfying. The decor throughout the hotel overall is very traditional. The furnishings appeared to be of high quality, particularly the window treatments and furniture in my room. I would certainly stay again!'

'Excellent refurb. Not stayed for many years but a vast difference from the Golf Inn days. Only point might be its a bit pricey in the Stables restaurant.. Also need stronger coffee in the mornings - stick an extra spoon in the pot please!'
