Staff are great, doing whatever it takes to serve guests, all of them with no exception: the always smiling guy at entrance, receptionists, manager, ski shop staff, lobby cafe, breakfast, and especially the concierge man. Ski rental shop in the same building. Old styled building still using Keys :) Booked the classic room mountain view: Room size is good for 3 days stay with no ski gear in - the cubic corner shower is very small...

'Het hotel op zich is heel goed. De staff is super vriendelijk en staat altijd voor je klaar. Skiën kon zonder probleem vanuit het hotel. Het hotel heeft ook een mooi zwembad. We vonden het alleen veel te warm in het hotel. De chef-kok was veranderd en de maaltijd 's avonds waren veel te zwaar vergelijken met de twee voorgaande jaren. De prijzen in de bar waren exorbitant hoog.'

'The hotel has a restaurant that promotes shows everyday. It disturbs many rooms next to the restaurant. Many guests complain but management does nothing. Rooms are really small. Very small bathrooms. All in all accommodations are uncomfortable. Difficulty in tempering the water. Ski in and out is at a very difficult to access location. Staff is great, though, everybody puts an effort in trying to make your stay better, but the hotel itself was very disappointing. Despite the excellent staff...
