'Room provided lacked expected comforts. Air conditioning did not work sufficiently. Woke up first night sweating. Even after tech looked at it the room never got cooler that 25C and ran continuously. If hotel is going to advertise air conditioning it better get room temperature down to 20C if desired! Bathroom smelled like urine if you left door shut and shower walls had mold in the grout. Coffee provided in the room was "instant". Didn't expect that in Italy. Options for onsite...

'This hotel is amazing, the staff is so nice and super accommodating! Its right in the centre of the shopping district and everything is within a 5-10 minute walk. The pool is also amazing with the best views. We came here for my fiancés birthday and they surprised us with a cake and a few other treats! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel. '

'This property has the most beautiful views from its rooms and the rooftop pool and bar is amazing. The staffs professionalism is top tier. Only thing to watch out for is this indoor restaurant. The food was not great at all, especially for the price we paid. We had to go to another restaurant afterwards to grab a bite and even ran into other guests from our hotel who also weren’t pleased with the food. '
