'Bij aankomst geen handdoeken aanwezig, twee oude gekregen na vragen. Op het hotel terrein wordt afval inclusief plastic verbranden ook een stapel waardoor Zwarte rook over het terrein trekt. De receptie is erg traag, administratie niet op orde waardoor betalingen niet duidelijk waren. Ook moesten we half uur wachten bij uitchecken voordat iemand op een scoot kon komen. Ontbijt was karig, geen keuze. Wat witbrood, gebakken eieren, beetje fruit en oploskoffie. '

'Amazing experience to be sleeping “outside” and waking up to the sounds of all kinds of animals. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Some of the best food we have had in Sri Lanka. Perfect location near both Sigiriya rock as well as pidurangala. We had hired bycicles to explore the surroundings, which I would highly recommend as well!'

'Was reluctant to book this hotel after reading some of the negative reviews. We were so pleasantly surprised. The treehouse was beautiful clean, comfortable and in a beautiful property where elephants, monkeys, buffalo and fire flys can be seen <3 Even with nature, is close to amenities and the manager Mahinda ordered good priced tuktuks takinf us to a lovely area for dinner, which was catered for the foreign tourist and the food delicious and vibe amazing :) to top it all off i had an injury...

'We got to the property and did not have the upgraded rooms. Apparently they don’t read their emails or bookings from Expedia. We had to scramble to get just regular rooms. The actual rooms hardly anything worked including the locks, the safe, the bathtub did not work properly. It was quite a disappointment. Considering we thought we were getting an upgraded experience. I would not go there again. '
