'Hotel has seen better days. The rooms and public areas could do with a fresh-up. Especially the doors to the wet areas (toilet, bathroom). Our room was difficult to lock as that needed maintenance too. The staff was not able to fix it during our stay. Good and comfortable beds though. Breakfast area was huge so a big buffet to choose from but no egg station. No breakfast menu or freshly made coffee or tea available, only a machine. '

This room had some issues: - very hot, even with window open and 13 degrees outside - bed is rather short - side table is close to your head when sleeping. place your pillow in the corner not to heard yourself. 'One of the more stunning views I ever had from my hotel room, looking over the loch that is just across the road. Rooms however would need some upgrade. Hotel is old, which shows in everything being a bit worn out and in smelling a bit musty/mouldy. Staff is very friendly and helpful and breakfast and dinner are good.'

'Located at the Lake this Inn offers a cosy, welcoming feel wit great staff, making you feel home in the restaurant and pub area. Some areas of the Inn maybe a bit messy or outdated, but we liked the sphere. Room was OK, bit outdated, bathroom modern. Removed the bedroom spray from the socket immediately, as the smell was very present. Breakfast OK, buffets not replenished too often.'
