Noordkust: All-inclusive vakanties

.

Everyone was wonderful. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The staff in the main dining area were very friendly and courteous. They anticipated our needs and were always willing to help us. Housekeeping staff were also great. We can not say enough about this resort. We will definitely be returning. We had a great time.

Very good property to vacation as a family or otherwise, I definitely will be back again

Let me start by saying that if it wasn't for the staff, I’d give Azul 2 stars. My husband and I were returning guests from 2021, expecting an improved post-pandemic experience, but our loyalty wasn't even acknowledged. First, the liquor request runaround was completely unnecessary. Before arriving, I coordinated with the resort (Janice) regarding liquor lists, pricing, and the spa menu. I was told my request for Hennessy VS would be handled upon check-in. It was not. Staff sent us hunting across every bar on the resort, only to find no one had it or cared to inform management. They even sent us off-site—where prices were far higher—to find it. After returning empty-handed, staff finally did what they should have done initially: sent someone off-site to fetch it. No manager ever addressed or apologized for the wild goose chase. Second, late-night drinks are restricted to the Nesta Lounge. While it was mostly empty, it was never open on time, the DJ was consistently late, and the staff made us feel like an inconvenience. Cutting the music low and sitting outside to watch a show while guests are inside isn't hospitality. Third, the food quality was horrible across the board—lacking quality and completely flavorless. To make matters worse, both my husband and I got food poisoning after Italian night. It was so bad we had to resort to paying to eat off-site. Overall, a thoroughly disappointing return stay. Leadership needs to contact me directly regarding this.
