⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Stay at The Palmetto! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Palmetto! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made us feel genuinely taken care of throughout our stay. The location is perfect — convenient to everything we wanted to see and do — and the hotel itself exceeded our expectations. Our room was beautiful, comfortable, exceptionally clean, and truly top-notch. What really stood out, though, was the level of service. Every interaction with the staff was positive, and you can tell they genuinely care about their guests and the experience they provide. We would absolutely stay at The Palmetto again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston. A fantastic hotel, perfect location, and an exceptional team!
