'Location was hard to find, had to ask someone in a local shop. It is not accessible and up cobbled steps. We had two dogs and a 6 month old in a pram so that was difficult to navigate. The yard space was okay to let the dogs out and there is a gate but it was always being left open by others so if you have dogs who like to run off, this is not good. We were sent wrong apartment number so spent an hour trying to find 18 when in fact flat was 22.Heat kicked in at midnight and was impossible to turn down, WiFi barely worked and downstairs toilet was broken. 'Great communication and welcome instructions - clear, helpful and constructive. The house is wonderful, clean, warm and full of character (watch your head in some rooms). It is effectively located in the centre which means you don't need a car. 7 of us stayed and the house provided private space for us all. Main bedrooms all ensuite with bedding to match expectation.
