Hôtel près de Wimbledon Tennis Club (Londres)

« Friendly staff, had a real country pub feel but in town. Food was really good. Will definitely stay again, thank you »

« Services excellents merci »

« Lighting in room terrible. No shoe horn. Electric sockets everywhere but no place to use hairstyler standing in front of a mirror with sufficient light. Kettle /tea tray inside of very dark armoire with no plug. Had to take the whole thing out to use. Hair dryer in dark armoire in dark bag; couldn’t find it the first day! Muzak in dining area way too loud and inappropriate. Only one hot beverage machine in dining area at breakfast time resulting in long lines. Breakfast options on the lower...

« Very disappointed, recent room/bathroom renovation is qualitative and nice, but unfortunately the owners aren’t focused on cleaning… carpets, walls & doors, everything is dirty due to poor cleaning and maintenance. I wouldn’t recommend. »

« Hotel is adequate, location is great. Staff mixed, First Lady on reception could not do enough to assist, the lady in the second day was not the same. The breakfast was poor, »

« Beautiful room, comfortable bed, big size compared to most accommodations. Responsive customer service, but miscommunication with the information provided by Expedia and the property. No room cleaning and change of bedding. The common area wasn't very clean either, but they always provided coffee, tea, milk and cereal. Silence most of the time, I had a long stay and only one day there was a problem with a smoker. The management solved the issue promptly and safely. »

« We love the hotel and location but had a terrible experience on this occasion. Our room was on the top floor next to the exhaust/extractor for the kitchen which was incredibly loud and went on to after 11pm. When we complained about the noise , the staff knew straight away without needing to visit the room what the cause of the noise was . If that is the case, I don’t think they should put customers in the room (8). We asked to cut our stay to one night and the manager helpfully agreed to...

« The hotel is looking a bit jaded and tired. Even the newer rooms. The new bar is very nicely decorated. However the hotel seems to have a lot of weddings and parties - there were 2 one evening and a wedding the next which makes for lots of people, loud music, a full car park, unhappy guests with young children who could not sleep. »
