'We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was spacious, clean and everything was there. The room was also nice and quiet which made sure you could relax after a busy day. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Downstairs at the bar it was also nice to hang out. The only point of criticism was the breakfast, this was little for the amount charged. Keep up the good work. '

'It was a beautiful building in a nice area. Hyde park at the other side of the road. Underground at a 5 minute walk and busstop just around the corner. Nice pub along the road. Good place to stay. Hotel is outdated. But we don't mind.'

'The staff, especially Kat, were very friendly and helpful. The only criticism would be that in order to take advantage of the coffee machine in the lobby, you had to get a mug from your room first. Being on the 6th floor, this was a bit of a pain.'
