« Lighting in room terrible. No shoe horn. Electric sockets everywhere but no place to use hairstyler standing in front of a mirror with sufficient light. Kettle /tea tray inside of very dark armoire with no plug. Had to take the whole thing out to use. Hair dryer in dark armoire in dark bag; couldn’t find it the first day! Muzak in dining area way too loud and inappropriate. Only one hot beverage machine in dining area at breakfast time resulting in long lines. Breakfast options on the lower...

« Wonderful stay. The hotel is magnificent, from the reception to the gym, the swimming pool and finally the rooms, nothing to say, it's perfect. A big thank you to the whole team for their welcome and kindness throughout our first stay in London.
