Travel less than 20 minutes to Wrightsville Beach for days of fun in the sun. This condo offers an extremely walkable locale, nestled in the Historic District near eateries, shops, and attractions. Outdoor recreation abounds with kayaking, boating, hiking, fishing, and swimming all nearby.

Enjoy the fresh air on the private balcony, which boasts views of the Battleship North Carolina and partial views of the Cape Fear River. Inside, kick back on a sleeper sofa in the living area and watch your favorite shows on the 48-inch TV. The sparkling kitchen is appointed with a suite of appliances (except for a dishwasher), as well as all the necessary gadgets and plenty of cookware. Enjoy home-cooked meals at the three-person kitchen bar.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bed and a 48-inch TV. The bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower combination, plenty of plush towels, and a starter set of bath amenities. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living area.
