'This property was a gem, and we will definitely be returning! The property was clean and inviting, and delivered exactly the experience promised in the listing. The owners were helpful and communicative, a couple minor technical issues got addressed and resolved very quickly. Our group is still raving about the view and the location. Truly a wonderful experience all around.Two minor things that may not be clear from the ad - the sofa bed in the Junior suite is actually an air mattress, that was...

'We had no hot water. Marijuana smell was coming through the bathroom vent.'

'Clean room, good breakfast. Air conditioner did not work, and some bath products were not refilled at the beginning of our stay. Which was inconvenient.'

'There is no restaurant, bar, room service, concierge service. There was no gift shop. This would have been fine, had it not been advertised as open as of Oct. 2025. There was a dirty plate left in the 3rd floor lobby area that sat for 2 days and was still there upon our checkout. We never saw any type of cleaning happening. Elevators could have used a little wipe down. We asked for a late checkout. We're charged $25. I've never in all my, ever, have been charged for a late checkout.'
