'Very clean and beautifully modernized space with tons of windows for lots of natural light. In a great location if you want to be near to the river, cute downtown Guerneville and the Armstrong redwoods. We really enjoyed the applesauce bread and strawberries the owner left for us. While the microwave randomly broke on us, the owner was so thoughtful and Doordashed us a new one later that day. 'The location is great for enjoying downtown Healdsburg. The house is charming. However, the stairs going to the second bedroom is narrow and the two bathrooms are downstairs. Maybe just fine for children upstairs. Luckily, it was just my spouse and I with our dog so we didn't use the upstairs at all. The back patio is nice with the spa and gas fire pit.
