'Our stay was enchanting. We were generously upgraded to a River View room. Though small, the room was very clean, comfortable, relaxing and attractive. The views of the river, the beach and forested hills were breathtaking. Breakfast in the morning was upgraded continental and enjoyable. Staff was exceptional. The two nights at this beautiful lodge was pure joy!'

'Grounds and hotel were well appointed. Some of the staff efforts and friendliness with assisting guests were lacking. There were two young gentleman working the front desk and breakfast that were friendly.'
