« Lovely hotel in a a great location, hotel staff was very courteous and friendly we even got a room upgrade. Lots of amenities on site, gym, pool in and out and sauna. The rooms, bathrooms and furniture are a bit outdated but it was still cozy, could use a bit more cleaning but we do a deep clean any way wherever we stay. The hotel is walking distance to store and lots of restaurants and there is a bar and restaurant on site with an ice cream machine near the gym. We felt safe and we where at...

« The customer service is unfriendly. No one said "good morning" when they saw us in the morning, coming down the stairs or entering the hotel etc. At late check in we were asked for a $100 CASH deposit that was never mentioned beforehand. I verified with another staff member the day after who said I did not need to pay that. Which led me to believe it was a scam. We got sick during the stay because of the AC unit that smelled like mold and humidity. Not to mention that water literally was...

« Hôtel choisi pour une nuit en famille, dans une chambre de deux lit plus un canapé lit. C’est dommage car on sent que peu de choses pourrait rendre le séjour plus agréable. Cet hôtel est en effet un peu vieillot, mais il a une piscine plutôt sympa. Améliorer la propreté des chambres serait un vrai plus . C’est étonnant car c’est quand même un hôtel du groupe Mariott. »
