« Super hotel, confort, grande chambre. Le coin cuisine est parfait, bbq à l'extérieur. Le déjeuner inclus est varié et bon. Seul point négatif: la piscine était fermé sans avoir eu ou lu l'information, c'était une des raisons de notre choix d'hôtel. »

« The hotel is well built, very quiet considering proximity to the busy road. The bed was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Nice area in Ballantyne and the gym was easily accessible. Shower head with good water pressure (a sticking point with me) and bathroom spacious. I would like to have a hot tub, otherwise, nothing missing for me. »

« Overall stay was ok, but perfectible. When I arrived to the room, the toilet seat was not clean, I cleaned it myself. Outside of this, the room was clean. The overall room equipment is good, but the mechanical ventilation system is very very noisy. And you can't stop it as you can with the air conditioning system. « Motel bon marché en rénovation avec peu de moyen, très propre, pas possible de baisser le son de la télé, pas de produits de toilette (savon shampoing…), fenêtre qui ne barrait pas, ça a été corrigé, chiens qui jappent en pleine nuit, porte non hermétique donc on entend tout du corridor, nous n’y retournerons pas. »

« Homewood Suites Charlotte Ballantyne staff is good, service is good. Rooms are clean. The main drawback I had during my stay was the noise: fridge, fan in the bathroom, air conditioning. Even by shutting down all, there was a vibration noise going through the walls. I have been able to sleep, but that was not a quiet room. »
