'Communication with the host was superb. The apartment is very comfortable. I just want to mention that there is a subway underneath and can be noisy at times. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shops and points of interest. I will stay there again if I go back.'

'This is the place for you if you are not picky about cleanliness, smallness, six flights of stairs and other “unique” property features but want a central location. Management company does good job of communicating but actual facilities are not great - you get what you pay for with this one.'

'Pros: Location - close to everything. Cons: Location - lots of people, lots of noise even past midnight. Furniture such as bed and sofa show age and could be replaced, but overall a great apartment. We had children, so it was nice to have a spacious space, kitchen to prep food, and a smart TV with streaming services. The door lock that everybody seems to complain about is just a tight latch. Pull the door hard while you turn and it pops open. Communication is great. They are on top of everything...

'When we arrived, the property had not been cleaned from the previous stay, although the owner sent someone around within the next hour. there is lots of water damage around the property and noticeable damp and mugginess. We were unable to turn the downstairs heating off, and it was very warm. The property is in an overall great location, 20 min walk from Gare du Nord and 10-minute walk to central Montmartre and the metro. '

'Excellent stay except: heater in bedroom wasn’t working. Heated towel rack also not working and also there were no instructions for it. The host offered to send workers to repair them during our stay but it should have been checked before our stay. '

'The unit is really good, spacious, clean and perfect location. It is challenging without AC when it is hot, but most places do not have AC in Paris. You should know that there is no on site staff, so it is self check in and check out with taking and dropping keys within 5-7 mins walk. I general I am happy with it'

'It's a light and neat apartment, that's comfortable and practical. The location is excellent, right between the touristic and the local. You can easily get anywhere by foot or the Metro. It's also an easy walk from Gare du Nord with a rolling suitcase. The street itself offers a lot in terms of wine bars and cafes, fantasic local street vibes. A few things to consider however, the check in and check out (key pick up and drop) is a short distance away and could add complexity to arriving or...

'Goede plek om Parijs te bezoeken. Vlak bij metro en restaurantjes in de nabijheid. Appartement is goed. Slaapkamer in souterrain voelt wat benauwd aan. Staat constant een anti condens te draaien. Derde bed op gelijkvloers is niet erg comfortabel. Lakenset daarvan was niet krakend schoon. Al met al wel aan te bevelen om op een leuke manier Parijs te bezoeken!'

'Location was great but it had no windows to open or air conditioning. Was up to 90 degrees outside when we stayed and the apartment was very humid and hot. Had one small fan that was very weak.'
