'Excellent place to stay in Paris for a couple of days'

'Unfortunately, our experience in this apartment was very disappointing.The Wi-Fi was not working properly, which is a major issue, especially when internet access is expected during a stay. We informed the host and provided the requested details, including a photo of the modem, but the support received was very limited and not effective. 'I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience staying at Bridge St Saint Germain. The listing photos did not accurately reflect the reality of the property at all. The apartment was run down, with sparse and in some cases broken furniture, making it feel neglected and poorly maintained. Several basic amenities were not functioning—most notably, the bathroom sink was clogged, light fixtures didn’t work, and the internet was completely down. 'I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the digital entry system. After returning from dinner one evening, the digital key stopped working, leaving my family locked outside the building for almost two hours...

'The apartment was well located with easy access to restaurants, the river, Bateaux Bus and Museums. However, check-in required retrieving the key from a lock box at a laundry with no human contact, the key was not available until the exact checkin time. Same procedure for check out. Anyone renting this apartment should be advised in advance that there are no “amenities” ie no soap, no paper towels, no tissues,no shower supplies and remarkably NO TOILEt PAPER.
